WCICC Pilgrimage to Israel Day 1 |
 Our jumbo jet will give us a comfortable non stop flight to
the Land of the Bible. Dinner will be served as we wing
our way across the Atlantic Ocean. |

WCICC Pilgrimage to Israel - Day 2 |
| Day 2 - TEL AVIV |

Following immigration and customs formalities we claim
our luggage and depart the airport to be met by our
guide and driver. We will transfer to our hotel nearby for
overnight. |

WCICC Pilgrimage to Israel - Day 3 |
| Day 3 - HAIFA, MUKHARAKA, MEGIDDO, TIBERIAS |

Our first stop as we travel north will be Caesarea by the
Sea, once capital of the Roman province, and see the Roman and Crusader remains and the harbor from which St. Paul was taken prisoner to Rome. Continue to Mt. Carmel at Haifa. We leave Haifa via the Carmel
viewing the Druze villages and then to Mukhraka for a spectacular view of the northern region. Proceed to Megiddo overlooking the Jezreel Valley and considered the Armageddon of the New Testament. Then to the Jordan River for baptismal service. Dinner and overnight
at our hotel in Tiberias. |

WCICC Pilgrimage to Israel - Day 4 |
| Day 4 - GALILEE, BOAT RIDE, CAPERNAUM, TABGHA, MT. OF BEATITUDES AND GOLAN |

HEIGHTS
This morning we take our boat ride from Tiberias to
Capernaum; there you will see an ancient synagogue
and St. Peter’s house which was later converted into a
church. Also by the shore you will visit Tabgha with the
Church of St. Peter’s Primacy and the ancient mosaic of
the Loaves and Fishes. Continue to the Mount of
Beatitudes where the Sermon on the Mount is
remembered. In the afternoon we visit Safed, the center
of Cabals, see the Old Quarters and artists colony.
Head up the Golan Heights to the Good Fence at
Metulla. To the Springs of Banias, also known as
Caesarea Phillipi where Peter said “Thou are the Christ.”
We will reach Mt. Hermon before returning to the hotel. |

| Day 5 BET SHEAN, NAZARETH, JERICHO, |

JERUSALEM
After a hearty Israeli breakfast we leave Tiberias down the Jordan River Rift and visit Bet Shean, biblical Scythopolis to the Roman Theatre, paved road and the excavations. Then go to Nazareth and see the Church of the Annunciation and Mary’s Well. Continue to Jericho to see the excavations of the oldest city in the world. View Mt. of Temptation and Elisha’s Well. We travel via The Old Roman Road to Jerusalem passing the Good Samaritan Inn. Dinner at our hotel. |

| Day 6 -MT. OF OLIVES, GETHSEMANE, KIDRON |

VALLEY, MT. ZION AND BETHLEHEM
We drive to Mt. of Olives for a panoramic view of Old
Jerusalem. See the Place of Ascension and the Pater
Noster Church. As we walk down the Palm Sunday
Road passing the Church of the Dormition we visit the
Church of All Nations with the ancient olive trees and the
Garden of Gethsemane. Our walk down the Kidron
Valley takes us to the Pool of Siloam and St. Peter in
Gallicantu built over the palace of the High Priest
Caiphas. On Mt. Zion we visit the Upper Room and the
Tomb of King David. From here we continue to
Bethlehem and see the Church of the Nativity, and below
it the stable-cave of Jesus Birth. Back to Jerusalem for
dinner and overnight. |

| Day 7 OLD CITY, TEMPLE AREA AND CHRISTIAN |

SHRINES
Today’s tour begins as we enter the Old City through the
Dung Gate to visit the Western Wall (Wailing Wall), view
the Temple area with the Al-Aksa mosque and the Dome
of the Rock where Abraham was going to sacrifice his son. Time to visit the Jewish Quarter and see the Cardo, the Burnt House as well as the excavations of the City of David. We see the Pool of Bethesda where the angel
ruffled the water, and St. Anne’s Church, traditional birthplace of Jesus mother. Visit the Convent of Zion Sisters as we pass the Stations of the Cross to the
Church of the Holy Sepulchre. We leave the Old City through the Bazaars and continue to Gordon’s Calvary, the place of a skull and the Garden Tomb. We will have a communion service here before going to our hotel for dinner and overnight. |

| Day 8 -BETHANY, QUMRAN, DEAD SEA AND |

MASADA
Drive to Bethany, home of Mary, Martha and Lazarus.
See the wine press and Lazarus’ Tomb. Continue to visit Qumran where the Essene enclave was and see the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were hidden. Drive along the shore of the Dead Sea onto Ein Gedi and then to Masada, the last stronghold of Jewish resistance to the Romans. |

CITY AND EIN KAREM
We visit the Israel museum and view the Dead Sea Scrolls. Continue to the Model of Old Jerusalem as it was during the period of the Second Temple which stood at the time of Jesus. Continue to Ein Karem to visit the Church of St. John the Baptist. |

We enjoy our final meal and continue to the airport for
our flight home. Returning home with unforgettable

If you are a church or church group there is one person
free for each ten confirmed flyers.
(Example - A pastor bringing 20 church members will earn
a free ticket for the pastor and spouse)
Reservations and full payment must be made by December
12, 2007.
To hold a seat requires The non-refundable deposit
of $500.00 US and must be made at reservation confirmation.
